Bay Consulting Group specializes in strategic planning and
implementation for information systems and the application of advanced
technologies to maximize the business benefit. We have produced far
reaching information systems strategies, developed large, value added,
opportunities from information systems, integrated advanced
technologies and managed organizational change to achieve the desired
benefits. We are highly experienced in information resource management,
modelling, blueprinting, data architecture, process modelling and
business process re-engineering. Some recent projects are described
below:

Completed the
strategic systems plan for an Ontario-wide organization, directing the
completion of a corporate data architecture including business,
application, data and technology architecture as well as the selection
and implementation of the complete system. Re-assessed the
organizational implications and assisted in the restructuring of the
organization to maximize the benefits of the new technology.

Acted as corporate
systems director for one of Canada's most successful manufacturing
companies with over twenty plants in Canada and the USA. Helped forge
corporate vision, evaluate and choose manufacturing software, complete
process modelling and advised senior management on its options.

Assessed
the organization of data management support across a 50 branch
organization, and developed new ways of serving locally and planning
centrally.
