Bay Consulting Group has unusually broad experience in this field. We have been senior executives and done consulting assignments in consumer product and industrial product marketing in both domestic and foreign markets. We have researched markets, formulated policy, established distribution systems, arranged joint ventures, interfaced with government agencies (domestic and foreign) and written brochures, press releases, annual reports and business plans. We have conducted economic feasibility studies of new business ventures and introduced new products into competitive markets. We have arranged the sale of Canadian-made products in more than 15 countries on 5 continents. Recent examples include:

• Introduced the products of a foreign manufacturer into the Canadian market against strong local competition. Established a network of distributors coast to coast and a central sales administration organization.

• Planned and guided the market penetration for the five business sectors of a major engineering, procurement and construction management firm. Some of the action plans required joint ventures between long time competitors in order to bid large utility jobs.

• Guided the establishment of a " partnering " relationship between an industrial client and their technical support group.
