operations review for a regulator in Ontario to identify
opportunities to streamline the business and improve service delivery
to clients.
• Conducted a feasibility study for a division of NRCan to identify the
opportunities to be gained from reengineering, the change management
issues and the best approach to realizing the opportunities.
• Streamlined the business process for numerous
health-related organizations, including accounts receivable, accounts
payable, purchasing, distribution, records, etc.
• Reorganized the health research at a major
university to focus on business lines and put direct accountability in
place.
